Mexican Torte

Ingredients

12 oz box peanut brittle, crushed

1/2 gal chocolate ice cream

chocolate syrup

1/2 gal orange sherbet

Directions

Layer in spring form pan or 15 individual parfait glasses or plastic wine glasses:

crushed peanut brittle

chocolate ice cream

chocolate syrup

crushed peanut brittle

orange sherbet

peanut brittle

chocolate ice cream

chocolate syrup

peanut brittle

Freeze until shortly before serving time.
